I had successfully enabled control WiFi access to my son’s Xbox to ensure WiFi was paused at bedtime. I then switched it off but WiFi access still cuts off. I have tried reinstalling the myBT app, resetting the smart hub2 and still nothing works. I phoned BT suppprt and they could only suggest a factory reset but triggering the factory reset switch doesn’t work (not sure if that’s because I have hybrid connect set up)
i can see that others here have had similar issues but can’t see any simple solution. I’ve been trying to fix this for weeks now. It really should not be this difficult!

Looking around at a few other posts on this issue it looks like some of the BT Mods on here have eventually privately got in contact with the user.
On factory resetting the hub however, which hub do you have?
I’ve got the same issue and factory resetting of hub, and install/reinstall of app didn’t do any good. This is BT’s issue but they don’t seem interested after seeing many posts like this but no action to resolve
