Credit where credit is due

Go to solution

Last March had fttp installed which has worked flawlessly - until yesterday evening - totally dead with solid red loss of service light on the ONT.  Used BT online checker which confirmed a fault requiring an engineer visit scheduled for between 13.00 and 18.00 today. Got a phone call from the engineer around 1.00 pm telling me where he was and would be with me in 20 mins which he was. He traced the fault to a ham fisted installation at a property across the road yesterday which had broken my fibre optic cable. This required replacing the entire cable under the road between man holes and then pulled through ducting under our long driveway. 2 hours later all fixed and up and running. Great communication and very happy it was sorted so quickly.
