Good evening,
Had a dodgy couple of hours last night with Sky Q problems that resulted in a lot of resetting and rebooting things including the Smarthub 2 three times.Eventually all up and running again and Sky q has been fine for 24hours.However checking the router homepage just now and clicking on all connected devices it’s not there.Clicked on disconnected devices and it’s there.Can anyone offer an explanation.Many thanks.
Yes, the devices page of the Home Hub is hopeless.
Set the 5Ghz wifi channel to a fixed channel other than 36 to prevent smart wireless selecting it and interfering with SkyQ
@licquorice @Thank you for the quick response,this has never happened in3 years of the Sky q-Smarthub 2 combination.I Have Smart Setup off,is Smart Wireless a different setting.
Yes, its in the advanced wireless settings. It automatically selects the supposedly best channel.
