<p>From 31 October 2024, BT Cloud has <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">closed</a> and all data will soon be deleted.</p>
The trouble is Inhiltous is that we are not all computer wizards. I only found out from this forum that you can change the SSID and was able to achieve it after instructions from HHGTTG. I would not attempt to change any settings on my Router as I dont have that indepth knowledge. I only came to this forum to see if any other customers were experiencing problems and I am sure there are lots who dont have any indepth PC skills.
Believe me, like others I have gained this knowledge by asking questions here and using my noddle and I'm no Spring Chicken now in my 8th decade. There's hope for us all with a bit of effort and anxiety, in my case.
