In my original set up I didn’t realise all of the discs should be wireless and had the first one of three cabled to the router. I have now switched to BT broadband and tried to reset up but even when reset the disc will not go blue unless it’s connected to the hub. All the other discs are happily connected as long as that one is plugged in. Any ideas?

If you are referring to the BT Whole Home (white) discs, then they will not connect wirelessly to the BT Smart Hub 2. One needs to be connected via Ethernet.
Only the BT Complete Wi-Fi discs (black), can connect via wireless.
