Does my router come with a modem

So i have the bt smart hub 2 and was wanting to upgrade my router to one that isnt made by bt. I was wondering if i was able to do this. I believe that i may have a modem as connecting to my router is something that looks like a white version of this; https://imgur.com/VkPM9JN, and instead of nokia in the bottom left, it says openreach. i was wondering if this was a modem, and if so would i be able to connect a different router to it. thanks

From your description you have FTTP so yes,  you can use any router of choice.
