Are you trying to use the 130 as a modem or a modem/router?
As a modem, I have a Nest WiFi ready to battle through issues with that once I have got the Draytek connected
Then surely the WAN port won't be required, you connect the nest router to the LAN port. You need to set the VLANid to 101 somewhere on the Draytek (no idea where that setting is as I haven't got a Draytek)
Found this thread over on Kitz, might be of help https://forum.kitz.co.uk/index.php/topic,21902.msg377609.html#msg377609
Set to 101 and I'll check through the stuff in the other forum see if I get any joy thanks
