A few things to investigate there so I'll have a play this evening and let you know.
So, to answer my own question, issue is now fixed. After contacting Reolink and some back and forth, they sent me a new firmware file which fixed the issue. It was a version that the Reolink client didn't suggest when "check for upgrade" was run - but not too bothered now the issue is sorted.

I had....., and yes, I do now see the greyed out entries you mention - I think their new firmware tweaked a few things!
Would you please share this version of firmware . I am having the same issue and Reolink customer service is not cooperative . Thx
