The only thing you can do is make sure it's not something in your house that's causing the issue. Turn off WiFi on the Hub and test with only your computer connected via a direct ethernet cable. Also check that there's nothing on the computer doing any bacjground downloads (e.g. Steam game updates, or Windows update, or backups and so on).
If the latency persists in this scenario then it's a problem outside your house and there's nothing you can do about it (some people have reported improvements by using a VPN, as this chages your internet routing, but it's a very hit and miss aproach).
