Extending BT Smart Hub with another Router

Formally closing this topic - 

• LAN to LAN connectivity between BT hub and ZTE
• Factory reset ZTE router + disabled DHCP  on ZTE (no other changes)

worked for both WiFi and the ethernet cable connection.
