Hi I really hope someone can help. I have Emby which is like Plex. Until yesterday I had access away from home but it has suddenly stopped. I haven’t done anything to the Emby platform or the router. I was wondering if anyone knew how I can get external access again? I’m not very computer minded so any help would be greatly appreciated

If you are away from home at the moment, then a remote restart of the home hub may restore access. You can do this via the MyBT app.
Hi I’m not away from home and I restarted my router but still not working.
I expect remote access relies on your public IP address updating if your hub is restarted.
Not sure how Emby does that, so you may be best asking on the Emby forum.
It must also use specific port forwarding rules.
