Find that screen gets stuck when 4 cables are plugged in back of BT smart hub 2.

Hello,

I have the following issue with BT smart hub 2 when there are 4 cables plugged in the back of the router and am in meeting on zoom find that zoom will keep freezes for about a couple of seconds then moves on fine.

any help will be appreciated
