Ask Solis what port(s) they need opening you then need to port forward those ports to the internal IP address of your inverter.
However, it seems a bit strange that they need to initiate the connection as they will need to know your public IP address to do so.
Normally the inverter would initiate the connection and thus port forwarding wouldn't be required.
