Re: Full fibre 500 issue
I’m on FF500 Using a WiFi 6 access point, not the SH2 built in WiFi. Close to the router on 5Ghz band my iPad Pro will see 515/73. Further away will see 300/73.
2.4Ghz will see this drop considerably to around the ~180/73 mark.

Re: Full fibre 500 issue
Hi again
BT operator said i will tweak your hardware remotely which she did and she sent me a link to use for future reference.
I find alot depends on who you are speaking to on chat.
The link is https://speedtest.btwholesale.com. Put this in web browser on computer or laptop and it will should true speed. Using a mobile or tablet they will give lower reading as they are not capable to do a test propeerly.

Re: Full fibre 500 issue
The only 'tweak' they can do is change WiFi channels. You can do that yourself.
