As @licquorice said, you just need a longer Cat5e ethernet cable to move the Hub. These are only a few pounds from the likes of Amazon.

Having said that, your reported speeds  are very low & suggest another issue. I'd would probably be an idea to to factory reset the Hub via the hole next to the USB socket. Note that if you also took Digital Voice & have saved contacts, they will be lost unless you back them up first. Also as @garybs29 said, leave the TP-Link out of the equation for now.

 I don't have the digital voice  I just  have broadband .

 I've just sat next to my router and done a speed check   and got 12 mbps upload 10, download.   Awful    I will turn off tp link   theb re test

Tp Link is a manufacturer of electronic devices, but people tend to use it when they mean powerline adapter.
