Full fibre and the Hive system

Just been talking to a BT rep and he inferred that the  Hive  heating system has problems on BT hub for full fibre.

Any experience or knowledge ?

Re: Full fibre and the Hive system

have you also tried the hive community

https://community.hivehome.com/s/

the hive system probably uses the 2.4ghz network  for connection and the SH2 has both 2.4/5ghz with same SSID.  if you get problems then turn of the 5ghz network in SH2 then connect your Hive to 2.4ghz network and once connected and stable then re-enable the 5ghz network in SH2

Re: Full fibre and the Hive system

I have had full fibre for over a year now and I also have the Hive system. Apart from the Hive Hub, which connects to the router via ethernet, all the other Hive products connect using Zigbee to the Hive hub, so the issue with 2.4/5 Ghz WiFi band is not an issue. I've never had any issues with the SH2 and Hive.
