Have issues with BT disc upstairs

Hello,

I have a BT disc that I use upstairs as I don’t have good signal, but have the following issue with YouTube webpage that I use in Brave browser on IPad find that YouTube freezes and locks up and get stuck and does not respond.

Have reset the BT disc but no good.

Any help would be appreciated

Please can you confirm that its a black disc loaned to you as part of the BT Complete Wi-Fi package?
