Well done Charlie or whoever, the site is now working (at least via Cloudfare)
I've no idea how it was flagged to be honest but it was from the National Cyber Security Centre.
We've raised a false-positive report
Steve
Thank you Steve,
I still don't see the site, but presumably it will take some time to propagate?
Hi Steve,
I still can't load it, just tried a nslookup and have this:
PS C:\Users\shelt> nslookup www.mattyedgell.com
Server: bthub.home
Address: fe80::e675:dcff:fe4c:69d4
*** bthub.home can't find www.mattyedgell.com: Non-existent domain
Just change your laptop/PC/Mac to Cloudfare DNS 1.1.1.1 and you will be able to access the site.
As @licquorice says, if you are in desperate need of it, you can change your DNS server.
This is the first site I've seen blocked via this method so can't give any promises on propagation times sorry.
Hopefully you've got some reassurance that the issue is being taken seriously though.
If it's not back by tomorrow then give me a prod 🙂
Steve
OK thanks, just didn't know how long it'd take.
Started making sites when I was 15, i'm now 43 and I've never had this before either!
Appreciate everyones help looking into it. Was a long road and many people jumped in, so thank you. I'll check tomorrow.
It's back!
I had a phone call with Charlie, who said it's back and he's added it to a white list so shouldn't happen again, but he will investigate as to why it happened and feed that back to me.
Thank you Steve, Charlie and you two guys for helping investigate - it's driven me nuts all week!
Cheers
We've had a very similar issue with people not being able to access a site via BT (and possibly EE), the DNS is not resolving. The domains are https://exp.uk.com , https://rebeccasymons.exp.uk.com/ and other *.exp.uk.com domains. This stopped last week. I have checked spam lists for the IP and domain name and nothing is listed. Looks very similar issue. Any chance looking into this?
Many thanks
