ive set up a BQM on thinkbroadbands website but my BQM is all red . Its worked with other providers but not with my BT , i suspect something on the BT Smarthub 2 is blocking the BQM monitor but i cant figure what setting i need to turn on or off on the router
The BQM requires the router to respond to pings. Unfortunately BT Hubs can't do that.
Although this post suggests to can put another device that will respond in a DMZ.
