Not exactly sure what to do here. I’ve done the speed test in the my BT app and it shows a hub speed of 40Mb, but that my wi-fi speed is anywhere from 1.4Mb to 7Mb. If I restart the Hub my wi-fi speed improves to 39.8 ish Mb, but only for 5 minutes or so and then crashes again. I don’t have anything downloading when I run the test and my phone is the only “active” device.
BT Smart Hub 2 and hybrid connect with 3 discs. The speed doesn’t vary based on my location in relation to discs or hub.
Possibly interference from other Wi-Fi signals around you.
Use the advanced settings from the hub manager to change the Wireless Channels away from Auto.
i.e. go to 192.168.1.254 from a browser
Click Advanced Settings
Enter your Admin password
