I have a humax set top box that I use for watching Freeview channels. It also has an Ethernet connection to my smart hub 2 - however none of the IPTV channels will work. I suspect there’s something in the home hub configuration that is stopping it. I looked in the admin pages of the hub and there are few changeable settings that look like they are relevant.
When I select an IPTV channel in the Humax box (eg channel 284 Gigs) the channel’s introductory screen comes up and then after a little while the message “Sorry, there is a problem connecting to the service, or the service configuration has changed”. All IPTV channels do the same.
Anyone know how to fix this?
