Hybrid Connect Mini-Hub blue flashing centre light

Hi,

I've no idea which board this should be, so here is hoping it's the best one!

I have the 4g hybrid connect. I've had it a while but haven't got around to sorting this issue.

The 4g hub has solid 4g signal so am happy it is connected to the 4g network. However the "EE" logo is flashing. According to the guide it means it's "connecting to the hub". I've power cycled both the router and the hub but it hasn't cleared the issue.

Any ideas / experience with this? The BT support hasn't been helpful as they didn't seem to know what the light was that I was talking about..

Note.. on the router status, the Hybrid Connect Status says Modem Disconnected.

I’ve had this fault, mine seems to be linked to the number of connected devices, around 25 - 30, not sure why it disconnects the Hybrid Connect, but if you check the SH2 log , you can see it disconnecting and reconnecting.
