I am connected to my work wifi and I cannot receive emails in outlook. This used to work!
I can connect to Webmail ok. I have connected via 4G and again all works fine.
I can send emails from Outlook via my BT account and no issue, just receiving.
My IT department are saying I need to contact BT re: blocking of I/P address ? Thoughts please!
Outlook works fine on any other wifi and on home wifi for both sending and receiving .
So frustrating... thanks
