I have set up

Hi 

I am having difficulty with ny WiFi connection it will not fully connect I had called and tried to get an engineer out ot turns blue then orange on the hub? Could I please have help

is your hub connected to something like this  and if so are lights green

I do have this but it's not powering up I think I need openreach out

Check the power supply on the ONT (white box with green lights) is pushed in to the bottom properly, and there may be an on/off button there as well. (In is on).

Are there any lights showing?

As posted by @tonysmini018  `you need to check that pwer cable is pushed right home and it is switched on
