Does the camera upload images to a server and you access it via that or do you access it directly via your hub?
I now believe I have been viewing the images from a server (Tenvis) which I inaccurately assumed it was directly from my hub....Sorry!!
After a week or two trying to understand why I cannot view images/live feed on the WAN I may have a answer.
I visited a friend today and made the effort to connect my ip camera to their router and thus their network and the same problem exist. After some thought, I am now thinking the issue is either with my phone app or Tenvis server.
I note Tenvis are no longer selling the TH661 or the NEW TENVIS app is no longer available for download.
Perhaps the Tenvis server is no longer functioning and thus my app cannot be routed via their server to my camera?
I have tried Tenvis newer app Tenvisity with the same results.
I have tried many alternative IP camera apps without success so unless I have a solution I will purchase an alternative.
If anyone has issues I hope this thread helps
