Problem is, its blocking Internet access for all my devices, I can't do anything to make it go away

Have you paid your bill? that message appears when you've been restricted for non-payment, if you pay by direct debit, check the payment went through.
Rather than possibly causing embarrassment with household members, it requests you ask the account holder to get in touch.
