Lingk New HUB to PS5

Hiya Everyone.  I am new to BT HUB and we are having issues connecting the PS5 to it.  any suggestions before I make contact with BT Direct.

we have tried connecting both Wireless and Wired by ethernet and nothing works.

What are the symptoms? What do you mean by 'it doesn't work'. There shouldn't be much complication in connecting a PS5 either wired or wireless.

Good morning and thanks for replying.  We do not know why it won't connect.  All other appliances have connected no problems. We're baffled by it.

Hi @Cogbills2,

Welcome to BT and to our Community.

When you are setting up the internet connection, does it say that you are connected but the internet doesn't appear to work on the PS5? Or, are you getting a specific error message when you try the wireless set up or wired set up?

I take it that you've restarted your PS5 but could you try and restart your Smart Hub 2 and try the set up again? I'd recommend factory resetting the Smart Hub 2 if the restart doesn't help.
