Linking XBOX360 to mapped network drive on smart hub 2

i am looking to see a shared network drive wired into my smart 2 router on my xbox 360. It works fine with kindle and pc stuff but cant link to xbox 360, any ideas. thanks

When you say wired into your Smart Hub2, do you mean Via Ethernet or  the USB port?

If the former, I suggest you ask on an Xbox360 forum as it won't be anything to do with the hub if other devices work ok and Smart Setup is turned off. If the latter, make sure SMB1 is enabled on your Xbox360 (if that is possible).

yeah, the usb memory drive in wired into the usb port on the hub, pc finds it and also kindle devices but xbox 360..............no

this is a different topic altogether, iam on about linking to mapped drive not just a simple connection.

Then as above, SMB1 is required to be enabled. Don't know if that is a configurable option on the Xbox360

@stark  Please stop posting on the other thread, it is an entirely different problem and the thread is over 2 years old. It just causes confusion having 2 threads.
