Please can someone advise on what may be the problem here? About 3/4 times each week we have a mobile and a tablet that lose their connection to the internet and yet things such as pc, smart tv, firestick etc work fine. The only way to get the mobile & tablet back online is to reboot the router, any idea what could be causing this? They both lose their connection simultaneously, thank you

Try a factory reset of the home hub,
