Making a complaint- terrible service. Still no broadband
For 2.5 weeks we have has broken promises (lies). I took annual leave today for an engineer that didn't arrive. Every commitment that's given is false. So frustrated and stressed. My husband and I were on the phone to BT simultaneously and given different information- I was told engineer was still coming. He was told they weren't and never confirmed! Nightmare queues to talk to anyone on the phone. Loss of wages. Loss of confidence and trust. Latest is we'll be contacted in 2 days for an update so not even a resolution. Completely unacceptable and just don't know where to go from here

Do you have a complaint reference (don't post here) is your broadband fibre to cabinet and copper to your home orfibre direct to your home?
Does you home phone work?
Wha colour is light on BT router?

Just leave.
If the problem lies within their network and they can't fix it within 30 days they must offer you the right to leave your contract without being penalised
