Hi @JBarnesBee,

Welcome to the BT Community

As EE routers are not supposed to be available for resale, similar to any third party routers when it comes to any technical support or issues that arise our technical team will only be able to support you when using the supplied BT Smart Hub 2.

However yes the EE Hub will work with your broadband no problem and should also work with your digital voice. Any digital voice contacts are stored in your BT Hub so you would need to export them from the BT Hub if you need to transfer them and de-register your DV handsets whilst connected to the BT Hub before then connecting and registering them to the EE hub.

If you were interested in transferring to EE to get the Smart Hub 7 Pro that way, then yes it is also possible to transfer your landline number to EE DV as well.
