Hi,
Recently moved and took router to new house. Received a letter today asking me to return equipment, I dont have any equipment to return and have tried to contact BT with no success today. Can anyone advise please?

It is an automated email that gets sent out. Check in your MyBT to see if there is a request for the return there.
In any event I would call BT 0330.1234.150 and they should be able to cancel the return request.
