I've recently upgraded to Hybrid Connect and Wi Fi extender and have set up both on my PC and all is working as expected.
However when trying to set up or monitor on the MyBt app I cannot get beyond the Admin Password stage.
Any clues please?
This is a long standing and very common problem with the BT Smart Hub 2 and is very,very annoying!
Have spoken to various guys who make a living 'sorting out' various home IT type problems and even they say they cannot cure it permamently.
This problem has only appeared on the Smart Hub 2-all the other hubs I have used were flawless.
Points to a design and/or software problem but BT seem totally uninterested in providing a 'fix' so will be stuck with it until next generation of Hub is released!

Thanks, not really a problem as I can use a computer but nice to know the reason why it doesn’t work.
You could try using your computer to change the admin password to that of your previous hub if you have a record of it anywhere
