Received new Smart Hub last week & set it up, got it to talk to laptop, mobile & printer. All fine. Got moved to Digital Voice on Friday (14th). So... on Friday evening, although hub still has blue lights, laptop lost internet. It then kept coming & going & eventually stayed on & has been fine (so far!) today. Obviously can't get onto webmail but that's a different problem which is not for this question. Anyway, back on subject, plugged my landline phone into hub yesterday morning & it worked fine - dial tone, and when I dialled number from my mobile, the landline phone rang. Today, however, landline phone still has a dial tone but if I try phoning to test, nothing happens; doesn't even ring at mobile end. If I check via http://192.168.1.254/ as per advise on another forum question, it shows my correct landline number.
Hopefully one of you clever people will have the answer; doesn't seem much point in me phoning the 'helpline' as they just read from a script.

have you tried just switching hub off wait couple minutes and turn back on. I would not factory reset just now

Weirdly, that worked! Thanks. I just hope it will settle itself down & stop being a pain - I just want to use the darned wifi, not have to keep cajoling it into doing its job 🙄
