Some websites viewed on BT wifi not loading

Some of the websites I manage are not loading on BT WIFI (ONLY), they worked yesterday. It seems to be a DNS problem. They load on my mobile data (vodaphone) and with other internet providers. Please help, my clients are having problems,

Re: Some websites viewed on BT wifi not loading

Just an admittedly pedantic point. There is no such thing as "BT WiFi". BT provides the broadband service to your hub/router, and it is the hub that generates the WiFi you use in your house.

Re: Some websites viewed on BT wifi not loading

So it seems that the issue was related to the email problem. I would still like to know what could have been the reason for only some of the sites of a wordpress multisite were affected and not others. Most of them have their domains registered in godaddy, of those pages only a few of them were affected. Soma had domain .com, .co.uk, .pe - and were affected. Something that they had in common was that the email was not managed by my hosting provider but by outlook. I am intrigued to what could have been the issue.
