Nighthawk XR500

Good evening,

I am trying to set up a Nighthawk XR500 gaming router, I am using a DrayTek Vigor120 ADSL2/2+ Annex A Modem V2.

I get stuck when the router asks for the ISP username and password, I know these to be bthomehub@btbroadband.com and password BT however the router tells me that is incorrect.

We are on FTTC broadband which works fine on the smarthub 2 that I am hoping to replace.

Any help at all will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

The Vigor 120 is just an ADSL modem, not a VDSL modem.
