Not enough wholehome discs... how to follow up?!

I have not received all of my wholehome wifi discs. How do I chase this up with BT? Their predefined list of support options sends me in a circuitous doom loop to hell.

Are your discs really the white "Wholehome" discs - or are they the black "Complete WiFi" discs?
The latter are indeed supplied by BT in sufficient number to give your house complete WiFi, so long as your broadband contract includes this service.
The white Wholehome discs are a one-time purchase so are not supplied under any BT broadband service.

When I first got this service I got one disc, as was told if I had more than I needed it can cause other issues.  BT technical support will be able to provide more (Up to a max of 3 I believe) if needed.
