We recently upgraded to BT Full fibre. During this process a new line and main terminal box was installed. We still have the 2 old master phone sockets installed, albeit in a different location.
I am wondering if these 2 sockets and associated cable can be removed. We are not using anything off these 2 points anymore.
Shame I didnt think at the time and ask the engineer if we could remove these.

if you have FTTP and digital voice then old socket are not used anymore. they are property of openreach not BT but I very much doubt anyone will check if you decided to remove the sockets and tape up wires
