My 2019 Motorola G7, which works quickly and fine on every other wifi connection, is very slow on my home BT broadband. Every other device in the house works fine on our wifi.
I deleted the wifi from the saved networks on my phone and have tried restarting the phone but no difference. Would anyone have a suggestion how to fix this rather annoying problem?
Check advanced wireless settings and make sure Mode 1 is selected.
If that doesn't do it then try telling the phone to forget the network again and go and make a cup of tea or something, by the time you come back the painfully slow hub manager should have noticed that the phone is no longer connected. Go to Advanced Settings/My Network and click the remove button against the phone entry and then restart the hub and try again from scratch
Hi @Les-Gibson Les,
Where are the advanced wireless settings on windows 10? I've found "Advanced Network Settings" and "Advanced Sharing Settings" but not what you said.
Hi @KGunter
Apologies, I presume too much.
The settings I refer to are the hub manager settings and not windows 10
Click here Wireless for the Wi-Fi settings and here for the advanced network manager My Network
You will be asked to enter your hubs admin password
