Hi,
I’ve had full fibre for over 6 months and have been concerned that the thin fibre cable coming out of the ground runs about 3ft on the outside wall without any protection.
My neighbour who more recently had it installed has her outside cable fully hidden behind a grey plastic shielding.
Should mine have been installed similarly ? ….should I expect BT to r3ctify this ?
