Lately, I'm having regular ping spikes issues
It's really annoying, especially when gaming online, becaue the game freezes for 1 second every 15-20 secs
Is there anything I can do or request to get a more stable connection ?

Experiencing lag while gaming can be frustrating, there are a few things you can do to help reduce lag.
Use a wired Ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi whenever possible.
Close any bandwidth-heavy applications or downloads running in the background. These can significantly impact your gaming performance.
If multiple devices are connected to your network simultaneously, it can strain your bandwidth.
Please can you give us a few details about your setup, how are you connected and what kind of speed are you getting with your Broadband package?
