Port forwarding to use jellyfin

I’m not sure if anyone can help. I have the app Jellyfin I can access it whilst I’m on my home network and Wi-Fi, but I want to be able to access it away from my home network and Wi-Fi, but I’m not able to do that as it doesn’t recognize the IP address I need help to be able to port forward on my smart hub two to be able to access the , I have the IP address for the PC I need to access but for some reason won’t let me get to it.

please can anybody help

Thanks for that, am I right in saying that the internal port needs to be the Jellyfin port number, i.e. 8096 for both start and finish

I need the router, IP address plus the Jellyfin port number to be able to access from the outside

Yes. 

You access via your public IP address which will be dynamic. You can set up an IP tracking DynDNS service via NoIP or similar.
