Powerline Adaptor interference

I have a question. I know VDSL2 on FTTC uses 17 MHz on the copper line and Powerline Adapters use between 2 MHz and 86 MHz. If FTTP Full Fibre is immune to interference from the phone line. Would powerline adapters preform much better with FTTP. I have rearrange all the cables and separated all the phone cables from the router and modem because I use my own equipment. I do realise it depends on electrical wiring. But on TP-Link PLC Utility app it’s says I get up to 400Mbps to 500Mbps. I understand the powerline goes as fast your internet connection. But the main part of the question would transfer rates be higher if VDSL2 Signal was removed because what I have noticed by separating the cables the transfer goes up it could go up as much as 700Mbps.
