There is a world of difference between computer IT support, and networking IT support. You would be surprised at the number of business customers I visited, who had an IT department, who did not have a clue about networking. In fact they were more of a hinderance than a help.
I do anticipate a lot of grief coming to many businesses that relied on analogue phone networks. You only have to read some of the posts on the business forum to see that.
I am not even sure their moderators or their sales people, have an inkling of what is coming.
@Keith_Beddoe There is also a world of difference between those that have the arrogance to dismiss a FAQ as being beneath them and those that admit that they are unfamiliar with the subject.
Its worth watching the business forum to see the progress of this issue, and how its resolved.
