Re: 'Upgraded' to 900 MPS - BT sent us another Smart Hub 2?

I thought the Smart Hub 2 was their latest router! How do you go about getting the new EE ones?

Cannot stand the SH2, so slow, so buggy, terrible UI and UX..

cheers

The only way to get one of the newer EE routers is to buy of eBay about £30/40

The EE WIFI7 router has been having problems recently due to recent firmware update.  I am sure EE will update firmware to correct problem

Unless you're a real power user I would think seriously about upgrading to 900mbps.  If you're currently on 300mbps or above it really won't be a eureka moment when you actually get 900mbps.

How much of a power user would you need to be?  I can honestly say having had 900Mbps for just over 2 years, the only time I've ever REALLY maxed it out was a couple of weeks back when I switched cloud backups and had to upload just over half a terabyte (managed a sustained (90Mbps upload which aint bad!).

Wi-Fi 6 is nice thoughWi-Fi 6 is nice though
