I’m having connection stability issues with my Smart Hub 2. Speeds are good, but the connection drops randomly. I’ve tried unplugging all devices and BT refreshed the line, but the problem persists. Any suggestions?

Is your hub still connected to internet, hub light blue, and it is the wifi that is dropping giving message 'no internet connection'
Not sure if you got this fixed but had same issue. An engineer cane and did a factory reset in the admin side. There was an update needed engineers are going round the country doing these updates. Can check my profile for the post I made.

I have absolutely no idea where you got that idea from, nobody is 'going round the country doing updates' . Updates are automatic and remotely applied.
Neither is there any way an update will cure stability issues that are probably a line problem.
Engineers are with similar connection dropping problems. Literally had an engineer say this you little keyboard warrior haha
I'm no keyboard warrior, I'm someone with many years experience that has far more knowledge than the clueless 'engineer'.

I'm sorry but there are no engineers going round the country just fixing connection problems. I think you were just told a story which satisfied you as he left. if problem has returned didn't do a very good job
