when I go to BT Smart Assistant
and run a test, test results say "Your broadband is slow or unstable and this might be caused by your set-up"
However I have both a BT engineer and Openreach engineer visit my property and they have said everything is working properly!
Other than the message you are getting to you have or have you noticed a problem?
