I keep getting text messages asking me to return my kit after leaving bt. I sent this kit back months ago. I even had a text message confirming that bt had received it. I still get text messages asking for the kit to be returned, and today a text saying I am being charged £50 because it hasn’t been returned. I am absolutely sick of it. The customer service is terrible! How many times do I have to contact bt to keep telling them that I have returned the kit that was sent to me. I refuse to phone yet again and wait for 45 minutes on the phone to say that the kit has been returned, to be completely ignored and to continue getting text messages and charges! Absolute shambles!
