I Have a Samsung S23 Ultra that wont connect to the WiFi on my smart hub 2, it says incorrect password. Have been into the hub settings and have changed the password. Have tried this twice but the same problem persists. I have no difficulty on other hubs/routers. Please try to keep things simple as i am no techie.
Factory reset the Smarthub2 by pressing the recess button on the rear for about 20 seconds.
While that is happening delete/forget any connection to the Smarthub2 on your phone then restart the phone.
Once both have restarted try and remake the connection to the Smarthub2 ensuring you are selecting the correct SSiD (name) of your Smarthub2 and using the wireless password, not the admin password for the Smarthub2 shown on the label.
