(Set-up an Email) Basic

I am a new customer here,  Just want to setup a new Email account with BT (either Basic account / or Standard Account).


Could someone here could tell me how to Set-up with a new email account?

BT no longer provide an free email account to new customers so better with gmail

Since October 2022 BT no longer supply BTMail email accounts to new customers or existing customers who prior to that date had not set up an email account.

If you were a BT Broadband customer prior to that date and you have already set up an BTMail email account from your eleven email accounts allocated to your broadband account you will be able to set up another BTMail account from your remaining accounts.
